Saturday, August 22,1998

The Chicago Computer Society (CCS) is pleased to announce courses in our 1998 Summer Seminar Series being held on the South Side. Educational classes will be held on Saturday, August 22, 1998, at South Suburban College (South Holland, IL). They will cover a variety of personal computer topics for beginning to advanced users.

To register for a seminar, full payment must accompany this form. No places can be reserved without preregistration and prepayment. Seminars are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and enrollment is limited. If a seminar is filled when you register, your registration form and check will be returned to you. Walk in registration is permitted for an additional $10.00 fee. Once enrolled you will receive a confirmation letter for the class or classes you have registered for and directions to the site.

Cancellation Policy: CCS reserves the right to cancel seminars because of insufficient enrollment. If a seminar is canceled, registrants will be notified within four days of the seminar date and receive a full refund. Please provide both a day and evening phone number so you can be contacted if there are changes. You may cancel a seminar up to 2 days before the seminar date for a full refund. Refunds cannot be made for cancellations after 2 days prior to a seminar or for no-shows. A class with a registration under 5 will be cancelled.
